This was an unusual project for us. Most of the work we do is new construction or home remodeling, but, our slogan is: Improve Everything! So, we improved the life of this wood sided barn, and honestly, is there anything more charming than a well kept barn in the green countryside?
Here you can see the before (right side) and the after (left side)
Here is a stack of all the old barn wood that we tore off before installing the new. Luckily it was good enough to use on some other interior projects.
This bathroom has such a great color scheme and so many fun textures to give it character. The neutral tones mixed with the marble patterns make the room feel cozy. Check it out!
It is always fun to see how each person will plan their custom home, no one has the same ideas as anyone else, yet they all seem to turn out amazing!
This house has a very functional layout with the aesthetic touches of a copper metal roof and the charming side porch.
Basement poured and first floor framing going up.
Second story framing being done.
Second story framing finishing up and side porch taking shape.
Roofing complete and whole house wrapped in Tyvek.
All windows and doors installed.
New construction jobs are our favorites. Where there was nothing but a field becomes usable space. For this pole barn, that means farm equipment and feed will be safe from the weather.
Check out this picture perfect barn!
There are so many fun things going on on this deck. This lake home has a steep bank going down to the lakefront, so the boathouse was built into the bank, this provided the perfect space for a little deck. Here are some pictures of the old pressure treated deck:
We tore off all the old decking and installed a brand new one! Weather resistant flooring, and white vinyl railing with a section of clear railing to provide a better lake view.
