As our company began to grow, we realized we needed a place to work out of and meet at in the morning. During the winter we kept working hard and now we have a charming and functional space for both an office and all of our shop tools and supplies. This was an empty lot when we purchased it, and now we have a custom space that we absolutely love!
A double screened in porch overlooking the lake? Yes please! This addition and screened in porch project brought some challenges our way, but we were able to grow our knowledge, overcome the obstacles and the finished product looks amazing!

This addition was added to an existing concrete patio. With all the new windows and sliding glass door this made a lovely sun room! We did all the framing, siding, roofing, electrical, and window and door installation.
