There are so many fun things going on on this deck. This lake home has a steep bank going down to the lakefront, so the boathouse was built into the bank, this provided the perfect space for a little deck. Here are some pictures of the old pressure treated deck:

We tore off all the old decking and installed a brand new one! Weather resistant flooring, and white vinyl railing with a section of clear railing to provide a better lake view.

New Cottage Windows

Getting new windows is one of the best things you can do to make your home more air tight. This cottage on the lake needed protection against the strong winds that come up off of the lake. These homeowners are all set up for a warm and comfortable winter now that they have all new windows!

Galvanized Metal Roof:

This metal roof install took some time as we had to haul all of our materials and tools up and down these lake side stairs. In the end it has a great roadside view and is sure to protect this boathouse from many more years of rain and snow.

Cape Cod Gray Deck

This moisture shield deck with pressure treated railing adds a lot of nice outdoor space to this home. On this project we also stained their existing deck and added a roof so the homeowners have a nice porch to grill on.
