Stained Mahogany Porch
Everything about the porches on this home is beautiful! From the detailed railings to the contrast of the white railing and stained mahogany flooring. We really enjoyed this opportunity to keep the romantic look of this home by preserving the front porch. We painted the ceiling and railings white and used a stain to maintain the natural beauty of the dark mahogany wood floor.
Check out the difference between the mahogany boards that have been stained compared to the ones that are not!

Painted Vinyl Siding
Did you know that you can paint vinyl siding?! Well, you can and in this case it updated this home in a perfect way. The old blue siding was working, but it wasn’t the look this homeowner was going for. You may be asking, why wouldn’t you just put on new siding instead of painting it? Well, the answer is simple, the siding was in good condition and simply needed an upgrade. Painting is the perfect solution!

Full House Re-stain:
You probably wouldn’t believe that this is a stained home, but it is! With the new solid stain that we use it gives wood sided houses a more modern look and creates a good barrier between the siding and the rain.
Here is the rest of the home after it was completed:
Power wash & Stain
This wooded porch needed some help to stand against the weather. We were able to come in and pressure wash off old decay and refresh the wood with a new coat of stain!

Exterior Trim and Siding Repaint:
We love to see the finished look of a newly painted home. It never gets old. For this home we repainted the trim white and the siding all a dark gray. This is such a classy combination! Check out these pictures from different angles of the house.
